Mystic Music Radio was started back in 1998 as an experiment and learning process for software testing and to learn how to program software. After several years of testing we took it live in 2005. At that time we just ran it on the weekends or when we were at the computer for music to listen to using nothing more then a DJ program and a basic page with a listen button. After a few more years of doing that we designed a website and got licensed to legally operate and play music live to the world. In 2007 we met up with Gene a retired Navy Veteran who also had the same dream. Gene wanted advertising for his toner business GE-Toner.com. We set him up with a package deal and we became good friends. My name is Bill also a retired Veteran from the US Air Force. I do this as a hobby and we make no profits off what we do. Gene and I work as a team to make sure that the best music is played each and every day. We also take requests for music that you would like to hear. This station is supported by our listeners and donations are the only thing that keep this station alive. You can only imagine how much a month it takes to keep us up and running and we take none of it for ourselves, it all goes right back in the station. We like to joke all the time that if every listener just gave $5.00 per month we would be set each month but we also know that not everyone can give so it is our supporters that keep this station running and advertisement free.
We do take advertiser banner ads which are added to to our advertisers page for a fee. You can read the terms for that on our donation page. In 2011 we added another supporter to our list of friends. She came to us through another radio station out of the blue one day. She is a singer/song writer and has 4 songs in our station play list. Her name is Danita Faye Robinson. The first song she gave us was her “Bring it back to Jesus” CD. This song was written from her heart and dedicated to Veterans. It brings to light that we need to bring this country back to what our fore fathers wanted and meant this country to be. She has given us three other CD’s since. They are “Crazy for your love”, “Green-eyed sailor man” and “Shepherd boy”. Not only does she provide her music for the station, but she also helps when she can to bring more to the station.
So if you are here click the listen button, listen for a while you may hear something you haven’t heard in years. Tell your friends, make a request and sit back and enjoy the music.
Mystic Music plays album rock and chart hits from the past 40 years. Mystic Music features Christian, R&B, Soul, Country, Hard Rock, and old time Rock and Roll, and some of the more soothing golden oldies. Plus much more.
If there is something you would like to hear, let us know, we will add it to our collection and put it in the mix. We do not play Rap!
We are a 100% listener supported and advertisement free station. Please help us to stay that way by making a small donation. You would be surprised how far something as small as a $5.00 donation will go.
